About

I am a left-handed, right brained producer, who channels creative teams’ dreams, in the service of making them a reality.

I entered advertising for a crash course in film production and quickly fell in love with making these “little movies” every few months. Since then I’ve been lucky to have collaborated with some of the smartest and most creative artists, writers, actors, designers, directors, editors, musicians and technologists. From editor to producer, to EP and then Head of Production, I honed my craft and learned production’s best practices from many talented mentors. Eventually, I was able to apply all these learnings at once, upon finding a golden opportunity in building a production/postproduction studio at R/GA.

We grew from three editors in a room, quickly developing into a multi-disciplinary department, building a bespoke process and physical infrastructure for end-to-end solutions for our clients. Along the way I was lucky enough to executive produce some award-winning work with groundbreaking online interactive content. My production experience broadened further, while producing and post producing from a non-union supplier position. Bidder, line producer, business & talent manager. I even 1st Assistant Directed on a shoot or two.

Upon accomplishing my goals at R/GA, I moved on to lead agency production on an iconic tech brand in IBM. Our multi-tiered team spanned disciplines and they all taught me so much. This led to an unexpected opportunity to cross over to the brand side at Intel. Much as R/GA demystified the digital arena, the Intel experience was transformative, pulling the curtain back on client/stakeholders’ decision-making.

With this wealth of experience I still love making “the work”. But I’ve also discovered how gratifying mentoring others in production is to me. I am excited by opportunities to impart any wisdom I may have, while I keep my eyes, ears, and mind open to new ways of thinking and using new tools, as they evolve.

Outside of the production life I live, I enjoy camping with my children, museums, performance arts, sports, and movies (although admittedly it is hard to watch a movie without the producer hat coming out).
